  • Major Neron Holder from the 77thReadiness Reserve Center (RRC) Queens, NY Major – Contract Service Officer (retired) is the CEO of Supply Chain Strategies LLC (SCS, LLC.) and has supervised five full-time personnel and managed a $13 Million budget for construction projects and service contracts for 50 reserve centers in New York and New Jersey.
  • Mr. Holder mobilized the 461st Pipeline Engineer Company, US Army Reserves - Fargo, ND Captain – Engineering Company Executive Officer to active duty for Iraq Freedom, managed an Army company of 200 personnel, and $300 million in equipment.
  • As a Lieutenant, 411th Engineer Brigade – Operations Sections (S-3) Brooklyn, NY 1st Lieutenant – Brigade Civil Engineer, mobilized to active duty for Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. Managed subordinate battalion personnel and equipment who constructed fuel pipelines, helipads, runways, field camps, and medical evacuation sites. Equipment valued at over $150 million.
  • Mr. Holder attended Polytechnic Institute of NY, Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, and US Army Engineering Officer Basic Course (Class of 4-90); Distinguished Graduate.
  • He holds a Certificate in OSHA-10 2013, Concrete and Replacement.

Our History

  • SCS developed a risk register framework (DI-MGMT-82255A) for the multi-system USG Next Generation Breaching Technology program.
  • SCS implemented a systematic risk framework for managing supply chain risk by identifying susceptibilities, vulnerabilities, and threats throughout the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies to combat those threats.
  • SCS developed the SCRM mapping process flow chart to provide a first look and highlight snapshot displays of the item's single point of failure, material sourcing, bottlenecks, commonality across program portfolios, early mitigation planning, proactive/vigilant process, and proactive mitigation approach.
  • SCS developed SCRM SOP work breakdown Structure (PWS) /Scope of Work (SOW) and SCRM product data requirements.
  • The data source would influence logistics, acquisition processes, and data collection, positioning the customer to streamline mitigation strategies on Threats, Vulnerability, and Supply Chain Disruption challenges.
  • SCS developed and collaborated with product data collection to influence and facilitate supply chain mapping.
  • SCS developed mitigation strategies to support multiple product development and facilities utilizing USG funding sources.
  • SCS developed solicitation scoring evaluation criteria to measure contractor submission to execute the product-line objectives and goals.
